At VABUES, we prioritize customer satisfaction and transparency. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms regarding refunds and cancellations for our services.


1. Overview

We offer generous free credits so users can explore VABUES before making any payment.


2. Refund Policy

  • Subscriptions (Engine Plans): Once a subscription is activated, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. You retain access until the end of the period.
  • One-Time Boosters & Top-ups: Purchases of Monday Batch (Titan/Alpha Entry), Ad Spotlight, and Fuel Top-ups are non-refundable. These services allocate specific site inventory or instant credits that cannot be reversed.
  • Credit-Based Enrollments: Credits used for Standard (10) or Priority (50) entries are non-refundable once the product is selected for the Monday Batch. If a product is not selected for the Batch of 25, the credits will be automatically returned to your account.
  • Exceptional Cases: Refunds will only be considered for duplicate billing for the same period or verified technical errors where the service was not delivered.

3. Cancellation

  • You may cancel recurring subscriptions anytime via the "Manage Subscription" portal in your account dashboard.
  • Cancellation stops all future auto-renewals. No further charges will be made.
  • One-time items: Do not require cancellation as they do not recur. Paid credits remain valid for lifetime use until consumed.
