We offer generous free credits so users can explore VABUES before making any payment.
2. Refund Policy
- Subscriptions (Engine Plans): Once a subscription is activated, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. You retain access until the end of the period.
- One-Time Boosters & Top-ups: Purchases of Monday Batch (Titan/Alpha Entry), Ad Spotlight, and Fuel Top-ups are non-refundable. These services allocate specific site inventory or instant credits that cannot be reversed.
- Credit-Based Enrollments: Credits used for Standard (10) or Priority (50) entries are non-refundable once the product is selected for the Monday Batch. If a product is not selected for the Batch of 25, the credits will be automatically returned to your account.
- Exceptional Cases: Refunds will only be considered for duplicate billing for the same period or verified technical errors where the service was not delivered.
3. Cancellation
- You may cancel recurring subscriptions anytime via the "Manage Subscription" portal in your account dashboard.
- Cancellation stops all future auto-renewals. No further charges will be made.
- One-time items: Do not require cancellation as they do not recur. Paid credits remain valid for lifetime use until consumed.
