1. Description of Service
VABUES helps users discover, evaluate, and manage startup ideas and related insights. Some features are free, while others require a paid subscription or one-time credit purchase.
2. Account Registration
You must register using valid credentials via our signup process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
3. Payments
- Payment Processors: All payments are handled securely via Dodo Payments. We represent prices in INR for Indian users and USD for International users.
- Engine Plans: Subscriptions (Monthly/Annual) auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
- Boosters & Top-Ups: One-time purchases for specific services (e.g., Monday Batch, Spotlight, Refills). These do not recur.
- Credits: Paid and Earned credits do not expire and remain valid for lifetime use of the account.
- Taxes: Prices shown are exclusive of applicable GST/Taxes, which are calculated at checkout.
4. Refund & Cancellation
- Refunds: No refunds are issued once a paid service is activated or credits are assigned.
- Cancellations: Users can manage and cancel active subscriptions at any time via the Secure Billing Portal accessible from the account dashboard.
- Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation prevents future billing. You will retain Pro benefits until the current period ends.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform content, code, and branding are the property of VABUES. You retain rights to any user-generated data uploaded through your account.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or copy our systems.
- Misuse platform resources or data.
- Use VABUES for unlawful or malicious purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
VABUES is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, financial losses, business decisions made using our data or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform, without prior notice. Modify or discontinue services at any time with or without notice without liability. Remove or edit data at our discretion and refuse service to anyone for any reason.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having exclusive jurisdiction.
