VABUES helps users discover, evaluate, and manage startup ideas and related insights. Some features are free, while others require a paid subscription or one-time credit purchase.
2. Account Registration
You must register using valid credentials via our signup process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
3. Payments
- Indian Users: Pay in INR via Razorpay or Dodo Payments or Stripe.
- Global Users: Pay in USD via Razorpay or Dodo Payments or Stripe.
- Credits: Once purchased, credits remain valid for lifetime use.
- Subscriptions: Auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Refunds: No refunds are issued once a paid service or credit is claimed.
- Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your purchases.
4. Refund & Cancellation
VABUES provides free credits to test the services. After using or activating paid features, refunds are not provided.
Users may cancel subscriptions anytime — future renewals will stop immediately.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform content, code, and branding are the property of VABUES. You retain rights to any user-generated data uploaded through your account.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or copy our systems.
- Misuse platform resources or data.
- Use VABUES for unlawful or malicious purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
VABUES is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, financial losses, business decisions made using our data or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform, without prior notice. Modify or discontinue services at any time with or without notice without liability. Remove or edit data at our discretion and refuse service to anyone for any reason.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having exclusive jurisdiction.
